Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or sizing - therefore all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please ensure you have double and triple checked your size measurements using our ring size guide and necklace length guides within the FAQ section before you place your order.

If you have any questions regarding sizing - please contact us at info@atroveofcrafts.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

You can still cancel your order if you have made an error prior to shipping. Please contact us using the above email within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a refund if your item has not shipped yet.

Damaged or Normal Imperfection?

All our pieces are handmade and finished and therefore can vary in size, appearance, slight imperfections due to engraving and colour. These are not grounds for a replacement or a refund. 

We strive ensure that we have the highest quality control as possible and all pieces are checked thoroughly before packaged to be sent off to their new homes. 

In the case you receive an item that was damaged in transit, or looks very different from what was ordered, please contact us at info@atroveofcrafts.com with your order number and details - and we'll be more than happy to review! :)

Please ensure you get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your goodies, so that we can evaluate and do our very best to resolve the situation!
