Shipping policy
Please note that all shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on where you are located in the world. Processing time for most items is 5-7 business days, however if you are ordering a PRE-ORDER piece - you will find the pre-order time within the listing.
Shipping times given are an estimate from our shipping carriers so please use the tracking number provided upon dispatch for the most accurate tracking updates. On average within the UK - shipping should take 3-5 business days using a tracked service, while international shipping through Royal Mail can take anywhere from 5-20 business days. This does NOT include processing time to package your order.
ATroveofCrafts is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, so please double check your information at checkout. We are also not responsible for parcels damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, or failed delivery attempts by delivery agents since we don't have control over what happens once we drop it off at the postal office.

International Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping to countries allowed through Shopify.
EU Customers - at this time we are not shipping to the EU through this website - however we can ship to you via our Etsy Shop.
International shipping (outside of the UK) may be subject to customs fees and taxes at checkout. Customers are responsible for these charges as well as any fees incurred upon delivery.
